I called the office and asked why communications not sent to me and the lie was reverse to well we don't send them out it comes from the collections department. They asked for my forwarding address and never used it and after two months - I received a collection notice. Then they added additional nonsense charges. The carpet was personally cleaned and in fact, left it cleaner than what was given to me. They kept my deposit claiming the carpet was clean but not to their standard after being clean professionally. These people are CROOKS - You have been warned! STAY AWAY! The name of this property is clearly a contradiction. You don't want to crawl into bed with these things. Save yourself a nightmare and visit the cockroaches and overgrown centipedes at the entomology museum. Don't ever expect an apology because you won't get one.
Then, they won't answer the phone anymore and you have to report them to the BBB because it takes 4 months to get your deposit back because oops, "we made an accounting error" while their creditors call and yell at you. They also will turn you into collections when you pay them 100% of what you owe because their accounting practices are completely negligent. While most apartments would just buy new carpet with your $500 pet fee, they actually just pocket the money and charge you a carpet cleaning fee on top of the pet fee.

On top of this, they will charge you for professional carpet cleaning and general cleaning fees even if all is cleaner than when you moved in. Don't be fooled, their exterminators are worthless.

It's like the movie arachnophobia but with cockroaches and centipedes instead. No amount of sticky traps can catch all these bugs. Bugs that chase you in the stairwell and bugs starring at you while you shower. Bugs that fall out of the ceiling vents in the bathroom. Bugs that make swishing noises under my desk when working. If you are an entomologist, you may love it here. Third, whatever the exterminators are using simply doesn't work. Second, the exterminators don't show up even when agreed. I was told you could have exterminators come as often as you would like. I moved there because they have a extermination contract which costs $15 a month. This is the worst rating I can give this place. As you can see they have multiple horrible yelp reviews I'm not the only one !!! The unit doors are dented scratched and peeling. Cracks in the foundation the walls have 10 layers of paint to hid the cracks and stuff. The front gate is always open even at 2am so safety isnt a concern to them! I have to have my bf come and meet me in the parking lot every night because i dont feel safe Everything is falling apart or not working from the fridge to the dishwasher, plumbing is horrible, toilet issues. The management company never calls or emails you back after numerous emails and phone messages! The roach infestation is crazy here! I even went to Home Depot myself and bombed my own apartment and they are still coming in. The agent Yasmin lied about not being able to speak with my bf when he went to the office so he started to video record her and then lied on camera as well. The next day they put a notice on my door about unauthorized tenant he doesnt live here with me. My bf got so annoyed at the multiple maintenance requests he went to the office and yell at them to take care of it.
When u come and visit they show you a very nice model apartment. Recently moved in ive had over 10+ maintenance requests.
